The ultimate tool for modeling mine services in a simple to operate graphical environment. Automated tools enable the services network to be created and updated quickly. Services infrastructure can be modeled based on mine service requirements.

mineServ is based on a methodology that takes the 3D mine layout (the plan) and the associated production planning and scheduling activities, and builds a nodal network. Then, the engineering services (service water, compressed air, and power) and the ventilation network, which are required to meet these scheduled production requirements, are mapped onto this network.

One component of mineServ is a Simulation Engine, which predicts the actual performance of the networked systems. In the mining context, the system generates a theoretical demand pattern matched to the production plan.

mineServ has the unique ability to understand the demand profiles in space and time. This allows for a predictive “demand pull” view of the required engineering services, not a “bulk supply push” view.

The product can be used to simulate engineering infrastructure in a pre-feasibility, operational, or maintenance role. This gives you the ability to look at several scenarios in a relatively short period of time, ensuring that the most appropriate engineering standards are adopted. In an operational setup, it is now possible for you to ensure that monthly planning changes can be supported by the engineering infrastructure before the plan is put into practice
