Support is available in the following options:

Support Login Page:

Customers are provided with a login to our Customer Support web page.  This page includes new patches and downloads, FAQs, bug reporting and other important information. 

Helpdesk:

Our helpdesk is available to answer your questions by email.  As requests are received, they are delegated to our mining consultants and software developers for follow-up.

MSN Messenger:

For customer sites in North and South America, online support is available between 8:00am and 5:00pm (EST (GMT -5.00)).  One of our consultants is logged into MSN Messenger and ready to answer your questions.  Just add minecad_na@hotmail.com to your contacts list.
